Who We Are Vita UKCare Ltd is a community based domiciliary care provider delivering personalised and holistic care services across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire. Our mission is to help people live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes while staying connected to their community.

Personal Care
Respectful support with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, continence care, mobility and other daily living activities, promoting dignity and independence.

Medication Support
Safe assistance with medication prompting, administration (where appropriate), supervision, prescription collection and monitoring in line with individual care plans.

Reablement
Short-term support following illness, injury or hospital discharge to help individuals regain confidence, rebuild daily living skills and maximise independence.

Complex Care
Specialist support for people living with dementia, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and other long-term health needs, delivered by trained and compassionate carers.

Live-in Care
Dedicated one-to-one support provided in the comfort of your own home, offering round-the-clock assistance while enabling you to remain independent in familiar surroundings.

Holistic Homecare
Practical support with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, shopping and assistance with appointments to help maintain a safe and comfortable home.

Companionship
Friendly, reliable companionship through conversation, hobbies, outings and meaningful activities to promote wellbeing and reduce loneliness.

Community Access & Social Inclusion
Support to participate in community life, attend appointments, access education or employment, enjoy leisure activities and maintain social connections.

Respite Care
Flexible short-term care that provides family carers with time to rest, attend appointments or take a well-earned break, knowing their loved one is receiving high-quality support.

Overnight Care
Overnight support to provide reassurance, assistance with personal care, medication, repositioning, toileting or responding to needs throughout the night, helping clients remain safe and comfortable at home.
Who We Support
We primarily support adults aged 18 and over, including individuals with long-term conditions, mental health needs, disabilities, or those requiring assistance to remain independent at home. We also work with young people transitioning into independent living where appropriate.
